Along with good corporate governance, ethical behavior is an integral part of everything we do. This includes rejecting the route and option that would lead to short-term financial gains.
We believe that traditional working environments such as offices and how to get there impact hugely on work-life balance, our moods, productivity, job satisfaction and performance. Which is why we encourage our people to work from home, at our clients’ offices, restaurants, airports, hotels and on trains during business trips.
Our people are not rewarded for being nice employees, nor paid for arriving early at work and working long hours. They are paid for delivering results that satisfy our customers. By understanding what is more important, our people figure out ways to make things happen, fast and relatively pain free.
We show consideration for one another and recognise each other’s differences. Which is why we do not have policies and procedures to regulate the behaviours of our people. Our people recognise varying needs and preferences of our customers, and adapt their behaviours accordingly.
We challenge accepted wisdom and constantly seek better ways to solve problems.
